Payment Information:

Paramount Flagpole accepts Visa and MasterCard.  All purchases are processed via a secured payment processing system. 

If you order through our website, please include name, address, phone number, charge account number, and expiration date.  

If shipping to a different address than the one listed on charge account,  please include all necessary information.

Shipping Information: 

Shipping and applicable taxes will be added to all orders (minimum shipping charge of $5.00 on all orders).  

Costs for shipping are calculated and based upon weight, size, and shipping zone.  Most orders are shipped within 

72 hours and received usually within 4-6 business days.  Next day and second day requests must be received by 

Paramount Flagpole no later than 11:00 A.M. (E.S.T.) and are subject to availability.

Return Policy: 

All returns required a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Paramount Flagpole and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling to return merchandise is at customer expense.  Once an RMA authorization has been given and merchandise 

has been returned to Paramount - a credit will be given (less original shipping and handling charges).  Unfortunately, custom orders 

are not returnable.
